The weekly schedule is the most common way to set your availability. Define your working hours for each day of the week, and CalendarPA will show those times as available.
Go to Availability from the sidebar
Select Weekly Schedule mode
For each day, set your available hours
Leave days blank if you're not available
Click Save
Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Not available
You can add multiple time blocks per day. For example, if you take a lunch break: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, then 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
Your availability is based on your account timezone. Visitors see times converted to their local timezone.
