About Square
Square is a versatile payment platform popular with small businesses. CalendarPA integrates with Square to accept payments for bookings.
Connecting Your Square Account
Go to Settings from the dashboard
Select the Payments tab
Click Connect Square
Sign in to your Square account
Select your business location
Authorize CalendarPA to accept payments
Location Selection
If you have multiple Square locations, you'll select which one to use for CalendarPA payments. You can change this later in Settings.
Square Fees
Square charges standard processing fees (typically 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction). CalendarPA does not add additional fees.
Managing Payments
View and manage all your CalendarPA payments from your Square Dashboard. Refunds can be processed there as well.
