After booking, the meeting can be added to your personal calendar.
Automatic Calendar Invite
Your confirmation email includes a calendar invite (.ics file) that works with most calendar apps including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
Adding to Your Calendar
Open your confirmation email
Click "Add to Calendar" or download the .ics file
Your calendar app will open with the event details
Save the event to your calendar
What's Included
The calendar event includes the meeting title, date, time, duration, and any video call links or location information.
Reminders
You'll receive email reminders before your appointment. If you added the event to your calendar, you may also get calendar notifications.
