Supported Payment Providers
CalendarPA supports four major payment providers:
Stripe - Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Square - Credit cards, debit cards, Square gift cards
PayPal - PayPal balance, bank accounts, credit/debit cards
Stax - Credit and debit cards, with the billing address collected at checkout
Client Payment Options
The payment methods available to your clients depend on which provider you connect. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted through all providers.
Fees
CalendarPA takes no fee or commission on payments you collect. Only your payment provider's own processing fees apply.
Currency Support
You can set prices in various currencies depending on your payment provider's supported currencies. The most common are USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD.
Connecting a Payment Provider
Go to Settings > Payments to connect Stripe, Square, PayPal, or Stax. Paid plans can keep multiple providers connected and choose which one to use for each booking type. The free plan supports one active provider at a time.
