CalendarPA automatically sends reminders before scheduled appointments to help reduce no-shows.
Email reminders are sent to both you and your invitee at these times:
24 hours before the appointment
1 hour before the appointment
Pro users can enable SMS text message reminders. These are sent at the same intervals as email reminders. Invitees must opt-in to receive SMS.
Reminders include the meeting title, date, time (in the recipient's timezone), and any meeting links or location details.
Reminder settings are configured at the account level. Both email and SMS reminders help ensure everyone shows up prepared and on time.
