Managing Your Contacts

CalendarPA automatically creates contact records for everyone who books with you.

Accessing Contacts

1. Click Contacts in your dashboard

2. View all people who have booked

3. Search by name or email

Contact Information

Each contact shows:

• Name and email

• Total bookings

• Last booking date

• Custom question responses

• Tags (Pro feature)

Searching Contacts

Use the search bar to find contacts by:

• Name

• Email address

• Tag (Pro)

Contact Details

Click any contact to see:

• Complete booking history

• All form responses

• Notes (if any)

• Applied tags

Exporting Contacts

Export your contacts to CSV:

1. Go to Contacts

2. Click Export

3. Choose fields to include

4. Download the CSV file

(Export feature requires Pro plan)
