CalendarPA integrates with Zapier to connect your scheduling with thousands of apps through Zapier.
CalendarPA Pro plan or higher
A Zapier account (free tier works)
Go to zapier.com and sign in
Click Create a Zap
Search for CalendarPA as your trigger app
Choose a trigger event (e.g., New Booking Created)
Click Sign in to CalendarPA — you'll be redirected to authorize
Grant the requested permissions and click Allow
Choose your action app (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack)
Configure the action and test your Zap
Every trigger is instant: CalendarPA sends each event to Zapier as soon as it happens.
New Booking Created — fires when someone books a session
Booking Cancelled — fires when a booking is cancelled
Booking Rescheduled — fires when a booking is rescheduled
Booking Approved — fires when you approve a pending booking
Booking Denied — fires when you deny a pending booking
New Contact Created — fires when a new contact is added
Contact Updated — fires when contact details change
To revoke Zapier's access, go to Settings → Integrations, find Connected apps, and click Disconnect next to Zapier. Any Zaps using the connection stop working immediately.
