The Zapier integration requires a CalendarPA Pro plan or higher.
CalendarPA is currently in beta on Zapier. Search for "CalendarPA" in the app search — it should appear with a beta tag.
Make sure you're logged into CalendarPA
Check that your account is on a Pro plan or higher
Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Dashboard → Integrations
Clear your browser cookies and try again
Verify the Zap is turned On in your Zapier dashboard
Check that the trigger event matches what you're testing (e.g., creating a new booking for a "New Booking" trigger)
Allow up to 15 minutes for Zapier's polling triggers to pick up new events
No — the Zapier integration requires a CalendarPA Pro plan ($12/month or $10/month with annual billing).
Go to Dashboard → Integrations in CalendarPA and click Disconnect next to Zapier. You should also turn off your Zaps in Zapier to prevent errors.
