If your booking page says "No openings available", or a day that should be free looks empty, one of a handful of settings is almost always responsible. Work through them in this order — they are ordered by how often they turn out to be the cause.
Every booking type requires a minimum amount of lead time before a slot can be booked. The default is 60 minutes, so the next hour of your day never appears, and a longer setting can hide the rest of today entirely.
Open the booking type, check the minimum notice value, and lower it if you want same-day bookings.
By default invitees can only book 60 days ahead. A date beyond that window will not appear no matter how free you are.
If people are trying to book you months out — common for seminars and coaching programmes — raise the maximum days in advance on the booking type.
Each booking type follows an availability schedule. If the weekly hours are empty for that weekday, there is nothing to offer.
A booking type with no schedule at all shows nothing whatsoever, which is the most common cause of a completely blank page rather than a partly empty one.
A date override replaces your weekly hours for that specific date — it does not add to them. So an override created to shorten a day, or to mark it unavailable, wins over your normal schedule.
Check Availability for an override on the date in question.
CalendarPA reads every calendar you have connected. Any event marked Busy blocks that time, including all-day events and events on calendars you may have forgotten are connected.
Events marked Free do not block anything. If a whole day has vanished, look for an all-day Busy event.
Buffer time before and after meetings extends the space each booking occupies. Generous buffers on a short booking type can leave no room between existing meetings.
A booking limit caps how many bookings a booking type takes per day, week or month, counted across everyone who books it. Once the cap is reached, nobody sees more times in that period until the next day, week or month begins.
This is worth checking when one booking type goes quiet for the rest of a week or month while your other booking types still show times.
Ask AdaPA to check your availability. She reads exactly the same schedules, overrides and calendars your booking page does, so if she can see a free slot and your page cannot, the difference is in the booking type's own settings rather than your calendar.
