Importing from Calendly, TidyCal or Zcal

Bring your existing booking types across in minutes. Free on every plan.

Moving to CalendarPA does not mean rebuilding your booking types by hand. The migration assistant brings them across for you, and it is available on every plan, including Free.

Supported platforms

  • Calendly — connects directly through Calendly's API, so nothing needs copying by hand

  • TidyCal

  • Zcal

How to import

  1. Go to Booking Types and choose Import, or open /dashboard/import directly.

  2. Pick the platform you are moving from.

  3. Authorise or provide access when prompted. For Calendly you paste a Personal Access Token from Settings → Integrations & Apps → API & Webhooks — if Calendly asks which permissions to grant, allow read access, or the import will be refused with a permissions error.

  4. Review what the assistant found.

  5. Confirm, and your booking types are created in CalendarPA.

Review before you confirm

The assistant always shows you what it found before creating anything. This is the moment to adjust names, durations and availability rather than importing first and cleaning up afterwards.

It is also worth checking:

  • Durations — make sure multi-duration types came across the way you expect

  • Availability — your CalendarPA availability schedule governs the imported types, so confirm your weekly hours are set first

  • Custom questions — review which questions carried over and whether any are required

After importing

Connect your calendars if you have not already, so CalendarPA can check them for conflicts. Then send yourself a test booking through the new page before you update your links anywhere public.
