Agency seats let a team, agency or podcast network buy CalendarPA Business seats in bulk, on one bill, managed from one dashboard.
Each seat is a full Business-tier CalendarPA account, the same plan sold individually at $25 a month. It is not a restricted sub-account. The person in the seat has their own login, their own data and their own scheduling page, and it costs them nothing personally. The owner takes the first seat.

Seats are priced in graduated bands. A band's rate applies only to the seats inside that band, the way a tax bracket works. It is not the price of your whole order.
Seats 1 to 9: $22 each, a month
Seats 10 to 24: $19 each, a month
Seats 25 to 49: $18 each, a month
Seats 50 to 99: $17 each, a month
Seats 100 and up: $15 each, a month

Because earlier seats keep their earlier rate, your total never falls when you add a seat, and crossing into a cheaper band does not reprice the seats you already had.
Compared with the $25 individual Business plan, the blended saving is about 12% at 2 seats and reaches about 34% at 199 seats. Paying annually takes a further 15% off every seat. The seat picker on the agencies page shows your exact total before you buy.
Agency seats come with a 14-day trial. You add a payment method at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel inside the trial and the card is never touched. The first charge happens the day the trial ends.
