Joining an Agency: Privacy, Your Own Plan, and Leaving

What members get, what the agency owner can and cannot see, and what happens to your plan when you join or leave

This guide is for members, the people who hold a seat in an agency or network.

What you get

  • A full Business-tier account at no cost to you, for as long as you hold the seat

  • Everything you already had, untouched: your Booking Types, availability, connected calendars, contacts and history. Joining adds a plan, it does not replace your account.

  • Your own scheduling page at your own URL. If the network has branding set up, a slim strip appears above your name linking to the network, and you can turn it off.

  • Full ownership throughout. If you leave, you take all of it with you.

What the owner can and cannot see

Owners and admins see usage statistics only.

An owner sees:

  • Who is in the network, who has been invited, and which invites are outstanding

  • How many seats are filled and how many are free

  • Aggregate scheduling and revenue totals across the network, for members who have left insights on

  • The network's own bill

An owner does not see:

  • Who you are meeting, when, or about what

  • Your Booking Types, or any ability to edit them

  • Your availability, or any ability to change it

  • Your own payment details, personal earnings or client contacts

Reading your meetings, Booking Types or availability needs you to turn it on, one permission at a time. All three start off, and only you can grant them.

Three settings start on, and you can turn any of them off at any time in your membership privacy settings: including your totals in the network's insights, showing the network's branding on your scheduling page, and appearing in the network's public directory.

If you already pay for CalendarPA

You will not pay twice. Your personal Pro or Business subscription is paused, not cancelled, and the time you paid for and won't use is refunded to the card that paid for it. It is a real refund, not store credit, so annual plans get most of a year back.

Lifetime plans are left alone: there is nothing recurring to pause and no unused period to refund.

Leaving, or if the network closes

You can leave whenever you want, and you keep everything: your account, Booking Types, availability, connected calendars, contacts and every meeting you have ever taken. None of it belonged to the network.

Whether you leave or the network closes, you get a 14-day Business trial so nothing stops working while you decide what to do next. Choose a personal plan before it ends to keep Business features.

If your personal plan was paused when you joined, it does not restart by itself and nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan in your account settings when you are ready.

You can rejoin the same network later, or join a different one. Because you can be an active member of only one network at a time, leaving is what frees you to accept an invite elsewhere.
