Setting Up Paid Bookings

Accept Payments for Bookings

CalendarPA allows you to charge for your time. Clients pay when they book, ensuring you get paid before the meeting.

Prerequisites

Before enabling paid bookings, connect a payment provider in Settings:

• Stripe

• Square

• PayPal

Making a Booking Type Paid

1. Edit your booking type

2. Toggle Paid booking to ON

3. Enter the price amount

4. Select your currency

5. Choose the payment provider

6. Save changes

How It Works

1. Client selects a time slot

2. Client fills out the booking form

3. Client is redirected to secure checkout

4. After payment, booking is confirmed

5. Both parties receive confirmation emails

Payment Protection

CalendarPA creates a temporary hold on the time slot during checkout. This prevents double-bookings while clients complete payment.

Refunds are processed through your payment provider's dashboard.
