On the agencies page at calendarpa.com/agencies, click Apply for nonprofit pricing. You'll be asked to sign in first if you aren't already.
Enter your organization's EIN and click Check EIN. We look it up in IRS data.
Fill in the Legal name of the organisation, Your role there and your Website
If asked, upload your IRS determination letter as a PDF or a photo
Click Submit application
Use the CalendarPA account you'll run the agency from. The approval belongs to the account that applied.
The letter is needed when:
IRS data doesn't confirm your EIN as a 501(c)(3), or we couldn't check it at the time
Your account email isn't at the same domain as your website, or you didn't give a website
The letter stays private. Only our review team can open it.
We email you a copy of your application, and again once it's decided, usually within a few business days. If we need something more, we'll tell you what.
Once approved, the discount applies when you buy your agency plan.
We check IRS records every month. If they no longer show your organization as a 501(c)(3), the discount comes off and your next invoice is at the standard rate. If your status is restored, you can apply again.
